How do I top up my account?

Once you have at least one approved campaign, you can add funds to your account. In case there are no approved campaigns the system won’t let you top up. So contact us for approval: [email protected]

Which currency should I use for the payments?

In our system we use USD, but you can make payments in any currency and it will be converted into USD on your account balance at Trafficshop. However in case you need to pay or get paid in a different currency you need to conduct us directly

Which payment types I can use to top up my account?

For all advertisers we have Paxum and Credit Card available by default.

How long does it take for my funds to reach my account?

Payments through the dashboard get processed automatically within several minutes. However for Bank wires and direct payments to our accounts we need up to 72 business hours to credit these to your account balance.

Are there any fees for adding funds?

For some payment methods fees might be applied. Please refer to the admin panel to get the updated info according to the chosen method of payment and amount prior your payment

Is there any min or max amount that I can deposit?

Our minimum deposit is $100 (Paxum, PayPal, USDT and Credit Card) and $1000 for Bank wire. There are daily and single transaction limitations for some of the payment methods as well, please refer to the admin panel to get the updated info according to the chosen method of payment and amount prior to your payment.

Do you have PayPal?

PayPal is available upon request and requires pre-approval by the monitoring department.

How do I get a payout from my Publisher’s account?

The payouts are done on request. To order your payout go to “Money” section in your account, click on “Request a payout” and choose from the available payment options: Paxum, PayPal, Webmoney, Bank wire. However some of these methods are not available for some areas and/or need to be pre-authorized. If you can’t see the preferred method available please contact [email protected]

What is the min payout amount?

You need to reach a min of $50 to request a payout.

Is there a max amount that i can request?

For some payment methods we do have max amount limitations, please refer to the admin panel to get the updated info according to the chosen method of payment

When I am going to get my payout?

For Paxum, PayPal and Webmoney payouts the processing time is within 72 business hours after approval.

For Bank wire, USDT processing the payouts takes up to 5 business days after approval.

*Business days do not include weekends and International/national holidays.

How can I get the invoice for my payment?

After the payment you can download the receipt from your dashboard

The invoice will be available on the first day of the month following the month of your payment and will show the amount of traffic you purchased and the amount of money spent in the previous month.

In which currency I am going to get my invoice?

Our trading currency is USD, therefore all calculations and financial/legal documents like Invoices, receipts , credit Notes etc are provided in USD
