Who's Behind Your Traffic?
July 01, 2026

We're pretty sure all of you know this feeling.

You open your messenger in the morning, and there are already about three million questions waiting for you. Messages marked as "URGENT", popunder impression stats, and even a couple of reports from completely different Ad Networks that your advertiser accidentally sent to you.

Well... that's basically our everyday life.
And the partners who want to buy traffic never stop surprising us. So we decided it's time to break down who does what inside our Ad Network and who you should actually contact.

Let's start with the basics.

The Support Team is your must-go place for pretty much any question. Whether it's traffic volume, making a deposit, setting up a postback, or applying the right filters to your campaign.

They're basically the know-it-all of the company. The people who will always help you and always be there for you. (Well... not at night time and not on weekends. Serfdom was abolished a long time ago, and we respect that.)

If you already have an account and, for example, start wondering how to make your popunder campaign perform better, simply click the chat button in the bottom-left corner of your account and start talking. During business hours you'll get your answer almost instantly.

Or, if you prefer, you can always find us on Teams, Telegram, or good old email.

One thing we'd really appreciate, though.
Please ask clear questions and provide as much information as possible about what exactly you need help with.
We genuinely try our best to help everyone. But messages like: "Hi. We're a perfect match. Send me everything you've got..." simply don't work if we're trying to have a productive conversation.

We'd absolutely love to read minds. Unfortunately... we can't.

The second person on this list gives much more personalized advice. That's Darry.
Everything related to advertisers, buying traffic, campaign strategy, and working with Trafficshop as an Ad Network goes directly to her.

You can work together on planning your monthly budget properly. And we're not talking about making the minimum deposit here. We're talking about running proper tests with enough budget and enough traffic to actually collect meaningful data. A good media buyer already knows how this works, but we've also covered a few important points in one of our previous articles.

And then there's the person who ultimately decides whether we'll even work together.

Monitoring.
The great and terrifying department. Even the people mentioned above don't really argue with them. Trying to convince this team that your offer or your domain is clean is... let's just say... almost impossible.

They'll always have reports, statistics, and enough evidence to support their decision. A pretty solid reason for your popunder campaign or even your entire account to end up being banned.

And of course, we can't forget the person who's constantly looking for and approving additional traffic sources inside our system. The one who somehow never gets tired of talking to publishers who are absolutely convinced that their website is the greatest website on Earth.
Vad -  is exactly the person you should contact if you believe your website deserves a place in our portfolio.

But let's not forget that our platform is an SSP: which stands for Self-Service Platform.
That means all the small tasks and most campaign settings can easily be handled by yourself without asking us for help.

But keep in mind that not every website or traffic source will be available without a personal manager.
Which brings us right back to person number two on this list. So we'd definitely recommend staying on good terms with him.

At the end of the day, we're always open to communication, discussions, and long-term partnerships.

You just need to know exactly what you want and who you should contact to get it. That way one employee won't end up drowning in hundreds of messages, and you won't have to wait several days for a reply.
